HOW TO USE : Add 1–2 tablespoons of the blend to a bowl of hot water. Drape a towel over your head and enjoy the steam. For easy cleanup, place herbs in a cotton muslin bag (sold separately). Caution: Hot steam, keep face at a safe distance. For external use only.
